Our 100,000 sq. ft. purpose built manufacturing facility set on a 30 acre site based in Toomevara, Co. Tipperary, Ireland enables testing facilities for our product allowing us to vigorously field test.
In addition we have a dedicated Research & Development facility of 30,000sq ft, together with a diligent Engineering Department with over 125 years engineering experience within the team combined with state of art CAD systems
With production lines running all year round from the new location, Abbey Machinery has increased the processes and capabilities available on the new site. The new factory, built on an expansive thirty acre plot, is home to an array of new technologies including improved laser cutting, shot blasting, and 2 pack painting with forced drying finishing process
The new facility is complemented by an extensive investment in the research and development department, which has seen its resources increase substantially, and also with company owned land that allows for the testing of all product functionality in a real agricultural environment.
